All payments for travel services are processed in accordance with supplier policies. Cancellations, changes, and refunds are strictly governed by the terms of the suppliers providing your travel arrangements. Picture Perfect Luxury Travel ("PPLT") does not issue refunds outside of what the supplier permits.

By authorizing payment, you agree to abide by supplier policies and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback with your financial institution is not a valid means of obtaining a refund. Any chargebacks will be contested and may result in additional administrative fees.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection (insurance) to safeguard your investment. Declining insurance means you assume full financial responsibility for any penalties, cancellations, delays, medical expenses, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

While we strive to provide accurate and current information, prices, availability, and supplier policies are subject to change at any time and are outside of our control.

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they meet all passport, visa, vaccination, health, and entry requirements for their chosen destination. Picture Perfect Luxury Travel ("PPLT") is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel interruptions resulting from incomplete documentation, inaccurate information, or restrictions related to prior legal or criminal history.

Travelers are also responsible for reviewing and understanding supplier terms, verifying travel dates, and providing accurate personal details at the time of booking.

Picture Perfect Luxury Travel ("PPLT") is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage to person or property resulting from acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, accidents, or the actions of third-party suppliers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, where Picture Perfect Luxury Travel ("PPLT") is based.
